This was my first visit, and I was very impresse by the sincere friendliness of the staff; Mel and Jennifer were so caring, and helpful. I didn't get the name of the receptionist, who signed me in, but she too, was also friendly, smiling and caring. As a RN, I know the staff can make or break a practice, and this group is the best. Dr. Karwacki (endodontist) was caring, patient, taking time to address my concerns about my tooth I've been having issues with. He showed me the X-ray films, pointing out areas of damage to the root, expressing the potential positive outcome after the procedure, along with the negative outcome if I decline the root canal. He didn't pressure me one way or the other, it was my decision to make.I opted for the positive one. He also had me watch a short patient educational video, explaining the intricacies of my upcoming root canal. Dr. Karwacki explained the technique he was using with the kaser, and how he was going to perform the root canal. I always say, fear of the unknow creates anxiety, and knowledge is power; when we have have the knowledge, it will give us the power to overcome the frear. Dr. Tattan seemed to me a very kind and didactic professional. Time was given to explain the procedure he will perform in detail. Besides, he gave me options to make payments. All clinic staff, from the front desk to their assistant, have the same line of kindness, professionalism and collaboration. I'm really grateful! 100% Recommended!

First impressions were very welcoming from beginning to end... Dr. Tattan showed genuine concern and was clear on our plan of action. Vibes were good..I think I found my new Dental Specialist.

We were very pleased with this office. We got an appointment relatively quickly. Greeted professionally. The dr did a great job of explaining the process and did the procedure well. The staff explained the aftercare well. We highly recommend this practice.

Dr Mustafa Tattan is the best oral surgeon we ever met. He is very professional, knowledgeable and confident and he got very pleasant and humble personality. Our dentist messed up my Moms wisdom tooth she was in a lot of pain. Dr Tattan came as a savior from Allah and helped us in very difficult time Alhamdulillah . The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and make the experience very comfortable and inviting. Dr. Calhoun is delightful. She is very confident and makes you feel at ease. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Well I must say this had to be one of the most professional Dental experiences I have had in a very long time. Dr. Calhoun and her staff were very informative, professional, skilled and overall nice. I had an extraction of a tooth and there was some discomfort but the overall skills she used during procedure was amazing. Once I came home when I say very little pain I was bragging on Lakeshore Dental Specialists to my family and friends. They made sure I had the referrals and made appointments in hand. It was nice not to have to call for follow up appointments. Very happy with my extraction and back eating already with no pain. I would refer them with no problem so their staff should be ready. I've already given there information out to a few people. Thank you, Dr. Calhoun & Staff

What a wonderful office. The staff Ree, Jenn, Mel, Kristen, and of course Dr Karwacki work like a well oiled machine. Thanks for the wonderful visit today.
